Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from our own production facility in Kuopio, Finland to Finland and the rest of the European Union.

Shipping costs

• Finland: free shipping on orders of 39 € or more.
• Rest of the EU (incl. Germany): free shipping on orders of 49 € or more.
• For orders below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

All prices in our store include VAT. As we ship within the EU, no customs duties or additional import taxes apply.

Delivery time

• We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of order placement (on business days).
• Finland: delivery takes approximately 1–5 business days.
• Rest of the EU: delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days.

Delivery method

We deliver to a pickup point of your choice in the PostNord network — in Germany these are DPD Paketshops — or via DHL home delivery where available. You can choose your delivery option and pickup point at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is on its way, and a notification when it is ready for pickup.
