While we dream of the day when we'll have an automated production line, allowing us to drink coffee and shoot funny videos all day, we are not quite there yet! Baking these cookies is quite physical and we try to do it as fast as possible!

That means we take few breaks and eat Power Cookies on the go when we have the time to. Thanks to their big size (85g per cookie), the fact that they are high in protein (20g per cookie) and high in fiber, they are a proper filling snack! One cookie keeps me going for 3-4 more hours!

I like to train a lot — weightlifting, running, cycling (in the summer) and cross-country skiing (winter). I like to eat Power Cookies around training. Before training, they are very convenient (no cooking or prep) and filling (I get enough energy to train).

After training, depending on the intensity, I like to eat protein and carbs in different amounts. Often I go for a cookie and a scoop of our world's perhaps best protein powder.
