Power cookies are the protein cookies we (Henri & Simo) and our mighty team bake. They have a soft texture and delicious taste. They are high in protein, minerals, and fiber. Thanks to their ingredients, these cookies are suitable for most diets (V, GL).

It’s all about the high quality ingredients. Our protein blend combines hemp, faba bean, potato and pea protein, plus oat flour. This mix provides balanced amino acid profile and the cookies are naturally rich in magnesium, zinc and iron. As part of a balanced diet, these minerals have numerous health benefits for the nervous system, muscles, and immune function. We haven’t used any added vitamin blends; the minerals come naturally from the ingredients we use.

Per cookie, you get roughly:

~40% of your daily magnesium requirement

~30% of your daily zinc requirement

~30% of your daily iron requirement
